Miller Lite Marks Historic Brewers Victory with 'Clinch Cans'
Miller Lite is commemorating the Milwaukee Brewers' milestone World Series win by launching a unique, limited edition beer: the 'Clinch Can.' This special release celebrates what has been described as the biggest win in the Brewers' history and pays tribute to the brewery's hometown team.
A Beer Brewed at a Defining Moment
The 'Clinch Cans' will be filled with beer brewed in Milwaukee at 10:13 p.m. Central Time, the exact moment the Brewers clinched the World Series title. Miller Lite emphasizes that this beer represents not just the flavor of celebration, but the literal taste of victory, crafted at the precise minute of triumph.
Limited Edition: Availability and Reservation
Miller Lite will make only 4,400 of these limited edition cans available for purchase. Fans aged 21 and over can reserve a pickup time, starting at 12 p.m. CT on Monday, November 2. The designated pickup dates are November 15, 21, and 22. Reservations can be made online through the Miller Brewery Tour website.
Celebratory Statements from Miller Lite
"This is the biggest win in Brewers' history. As the official beer of our hometown team – one named after beer, no less – we knew we couldn’t just sit back and say 'congrats'," said Courtney Benedict, vice president of marketing for the Miller Family of Brands, in a statement. "The only question was how to celebrate a moment this big. As it turns out, the answer was already brewing!"
Honoring the Brewers' World Series Triumph
The limited edition release coincides with increased celebrations throughout Milwaukee, including a parade and special acknowledgments for key players such as Christian Yelich and David Hamilton following the historic win. The commemorative 'Clinch Can' serves both as a keepsake and a symbol of local pride for Brewers fans.
Reservation and Further Information
For those looking to secure a can, Miller Lite encourages early reservation due to the limited quantity. More details and the reservation link are available through the official Miller Brewery Tour site. The release represents a special intersection of sports achievement and brewing tradition in Milwaukee.
